Great service but they won’t lower my cell phone bill or internet bill. Might have to switch over my cell bill to another service. I’ve been with At&t for like 20 years.
My TV is constantly pausing - like the signal has been interrupted - and then it starts again after a few seconds. Extremely annoying. I have disconnected everything and restarted it. Scanned to get on a new channel so it won’t be disrupted. My internet is slower than any other service I have ever used. I am extremely displeased I chose AT&T bc of their fiber cable high speed internet and TV. It’s the worst.
AT&Ts setup process is all "do it yourself" through an internet setup webpage. The process was fairly easy to follow and I got the internet up and running in about half an hour.
The technician that came out was nice and professional
