There was an issue with the internet set up as there was no AT&T fiber box in the new apartment unit. We called customer service and it took three days to resolve. The technician missed our first appointment to fix the issue but came the next day after we called again. It took us several hours on the phone with customer service to get to the bottom of the problem but they did take care of the issue and gave me a $10 gift card for missing the first appointment. Overall, I am happy with their service.
I have been paying for DVR service for 2.5 months and it still doesn’t work. Several appointments to fix it were missed. The only good thing is my rep calls me every 4-5 days to tell me they are working on it. I can’t record and watch tv at the same time, 80% of my recordings are unwatchable. I miss my Xfinity!
