The tech that did my installation was professional and knowledgeable. He insured that everything was kept clean while working on our internet service.
So far so good! Still on the fence about keeping cable, but i am glad to have it as an option for when guest are over. Internet quality is great!
There was an issue with the internet set up as there was no AT&T fiber box in the new apartment unit. We called customer service and it took three days to resolve. The technician missed our first appointment to fix the issue but came the next day after we called again. It took us several hours on the phone with customer service to get to the bottom of the problem but they did take care of the issue and gave me a $10 gift card for missing the first appointment. Overall, I am happy with their service.
