Signal not reliable even after 4 techs out to visit each of last 4 weeks. Complete failure. Moving to Comcast as soon as we can make it happen. If I did this to my customers, I would have been fired long long ago. If you are reading this, my suggestion pick any competitor to AT&T... Anything else would be better
The wrong type of installation appointment was scheduled the first time. Leading to delays. The fiber internet is good, but I don’t get the speeds advertised unless I am direct Ethernet to the modem. I went to claim my reward for signing up and after claiming I received a message that they are out of the reward and it may be up to 6 months before received. All that said, it’s only $80 a month. You get a what you pay for. I guess. Any more expensive and it wouldn’t be worth the money. But at this price I can deal with the minor inconveniences.
