I have been paying for DVR service for 2.5 months and it still doesn’t work. Several appointments to fix it were missed. The only good thing is my rep calls me every 4-5 days to tell me they are working on it. I can’t record and watch tv at the same time, 80% of my recordings are unwatchable. I miss my Xfinity!
I had a horrible experience with installation and the customer service dealing directly with AT&T.
