Very disappointed. I have made several telephone calls to AT&T regarding the service and I have yet to receive any resolution. My cable and internet service continue to work intermittently thus I am unable to rely on recordings, watching paid programming, or utilizing other online television services. I am tired of being told to restart the system, disconnect wires from the electrical source, hold reset buttons, the system needs to be updated, etc...
Installation process is straight forward and easy. Equipment arrived on time and internet service is stable. Wifi coverage is solid and reliable.
Customer service was horrendous, tried to charge me cancellation fee although I was within the 30 days to cancel the service. The channels are awful, why do I need 100 channels I dont watch. 30 of them sales.
