Internet is down and all I can get is machine operating troubleshoot followed by scheduling a technician days out.

Most mornings I turn on the tv after my alarm goes off and the TV says that I need to reboot the cable box.... errrrr. It doesn't seem to recognize my Chrome Cast, which I need to either look into or call someone to come out.
