I was told my bill would be half of what is costs me.
The service is really good, BUT the price is not competitive. To me , the service is priced as any monopoly would price their product or service. That's my only concern or complaint. In my opinion INTERNET is KING, programming, and then a far far distant third is telephone. With that being said, streaming bypasses programming. Efficiency wise, streaming is as needed programming. IE "Competitive"
Instillation went well on the 29th of Dec. The come home from work on the 9th of Jan. and have nothing. Call them and tell them I have no internet, tv or wifi on iPhone. I see two trucks at apt complex, I let her know that, she tell me that they can't get anybody out until next Monday. Five days is terrible customer service. Worker fixes problem, tells me my line was disconnected. How does that happen?. Then just received first bill, and was double billed . Not off to a good start for AT&T as I have been a long ,long time customer.
Not informed that for my address AT&T doesn’t even have the ability to supply high speed service or internet 10 or faster so I was stuck with basic 6. They then tried to make me continue paying for internet 10 until I called and complained. When I did call I was directed to multiple different places before I received any help. When I did receive help there was still nothing could be done about the horrible service being provided. At times my speed is as slow as 2 mbps. You can barely stream YouTube videos at that rate. HORRIBLE experience. And AT&T should be careful who they allow to sel their service 3rd party especially if the 3rd party is not informed about something like this. They shouldn’t be able to advertise and sign you up for a service you won’t be able to receive.
