The latest issue is a tech no showed on me on my one day off. No call. Customer loyalty has helped, so now I will see if a tech shows up On Monday. Nightmare service since installed sept 5th
Great positive attitude but unfortunately she ordered the wrong color. I decided to stick with it because I am not wanting to cancel and go through the process again. She also stated the phone will ship between 3/15 and 3/16 but that information is inaccurate as to the shipping.
