Very disappointed. I have made several telephone calls to AT&T regarding the service and I have yet to receive any resolution. My cable and internet service continue to work intermittently thus I am unable to rely on recordings, watching paid programming, or utilizing other online television services. I am tired of being told to restart the system, disconnect wires from the electrical source, hold reset buttons, the system needs to be updated, etc...
At&t has been great. No outages. The service technician was very capable and went above and beyond to get our service installed. I would highly recommend AT&T.
No good channels to watch, waste of money....better off with digital antenna....
