Based on my experience of being given five, yes five, different prices DURING THE SAME PHONE CALL, I am actively telling people to stay away from any and all ATT products. I also tell them about my experience and that’s generally enough to dissuade them from considering ATT as an option. I’m a helper.
My wireless service is not very good in my house and most likely I am going to need some kind of booster - I have tried to reach out to my sale rep Raynelle that converted my service from Verizon to Att but have not be able to reach him - my bill is double what he said it would be and my reward Visa cards has not been mailed to me for using att at home and wireless
I love the internet its fast and the TV is fine Lots of channels but they need to make recording better. Dish has it so you can record just new stuff not repeats that would be a great fix. Also Main stations like ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX on dish you can go back 7 days and watch something if you missed it or didn't get it recorded. That would be nice also.
It took several service calls and customer support calls to resolve the outages. Once that problem was resolved, service has been steady. Internet speeds (up and down) are reliable, and TV quality is very high.
The WiFi is slow & spotty. Spectrum was much better at my old place, and they have teachers 2 months of free WiFi during COVAD19. AT&&T was working on that. Guess that didn’t happen.
