I was told my bill would be half of what is costs me.
Very disappointed. I have made several telephone calls to AT&T regarding the service and I have yet to receive any resolution. My cable and internet service continue to work intermittently thus I am unable to rely on recordings, watching paid programming, or utilizing other online television services. I am tired of being told to restart the system, disconnect wires from the electrical source, hold reset buttons, the system needs to be updated, etc...
AT&T is abhorrent! Costs a fortune, service is sporadic at best and nothing is ever done to improve things. 99% of the phone reps don't know their ass from their elbow!
