Customer service was horrendous, tried to charge me cancellation fee although I was within the 30 days to cancel the service. The channels are awful, why do I need 100 channels I dont watch. 30 of them sales.
I’ve been pretty pleased so far with AT&T. The speed is great and the reliability is great.
