We switched form Charter to AT&T because of 100 meg speed for $40 per month. Then when the technician came to install he said we were in an area only capable of 50 meg speed for $100 per month. He got in with customer service that brought it down to $60. Then the self install kit came late. And now we are dealing with painfully slow speed. Our experience so far has been AWFUL. I would NOT recommend AT&T U-verse to ANYONE.
There was an issue with the internet set up as there was no AT&T fiber box in the new apartment unit. We called customer service and it took three days to resolve. The technician missed our first appointment to fix the issue but came the next day after we called again. It took us several hours on the phone with customer service to get to the bottom of the problem but they did take care of the issue and gave me a $10 gift card for missing the first appointment. Overall, I am happy with their service.
