Horrible experience. Signed up for internet & TV bundle for $150 plus at least $200 in rewards. Get first bill and it is $170/month before taxes and only will get $100 in rewards. Very disappointed in their service.
Instillation went well on the 29th of Dec. The come home from work on the 9th of Jan. and have nothing. Call them and tell them I have no internet, tv or wifi on iPhone. I see two trucks at apt complex, I let her know that, she tell me that they can't get anybody out until next Monday. Five days is terrible customer service. Worker fixes problem, tells me my line was disconnected. How does that happen?. Then just received first bill, and was double billed . Not off to a good start for AT&T as I have been a long ,long time customer.
The WiFi is slow & spotty. Spectrum was much better at my old place, and they have teachers 2 months of free WiFi during COVAD19. AT&&T was working on that. Guess that didn’t happen.
Never received $100 gift certificate
Since AT&T finally brought their prices in line with competitors, I don't wince any more at the monthly statements. The service has been reliable and consistent.
