We switched form Charter to AT&T because of 100 meg speed for $40 per month. Then when the technician came to install he said we were in an area only capable of 50 meg speed for $100 per month. He got in with customer service that brought it down to $60. Then the self install kit came late. And now we are dealing with painfully slow speed. Our experience so far has been AWFUL. I would NOT recommend AT&T U-verse to ANYONE.
Little service for higher cost. The internet has a low signal and I have reboot once a week. Also, being stuck in a contract is the only way this company makes money outside of their wireless division.
