Very disappointed. I have made several telephone calls to AT&T regarding the service and I have yet to receive any resolution. My cable and internet service continue to work intermittently thus I am unable to rely on recordings, watching paid programming, or utilizing other online television services. I am tired of being told to restart the system, disconnect wires from the electrical source, hold reset buttons, the system needs to be updated, etc...
We re-start the internet at least twice a week. The best speed we’ve seen has been 9 down and 1.3 up. Just praying they get fiber out here soon.
