We switched form Charter to AT&T because of 100 meg speed for $40 per month. Then when the technician came to install he said we were in an area only capable of 50 meg speed for $100 per month. He got in with customer service that brought it down to $60. Then the self install kit came late. And now we are dealing with painfully slow speed. Our experience so far has been AWFUL. I would NOT recommend AT&T U-verse to ANYONE.
Very expensive, and I don't get half the channels. Definitely a disappointment
AT&T has been great so far and the internet speed moves very fast. I will Definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.
Their customer service has been good. They cant get the "On Demand" function to work correctly on the DVR. They have been out to service our DVR three times. We are on our third DVR and second modem. I am stuck with them for 11 more months before I can change to something else. I do not recommend them in Dallas. I had U-verse in Austin and they were OK except they would have a lot of outages .
