The customer service is second to none when it comes to making their customers feel worthless. The tech did not follow directions and put holes in the side of my house that they refuse to repair properly. The second bill has already gone up ~10%. If anybody else offered internet, I’d consider it.
Instillation went well on the 29th of Dec. The come home from work on the 9th of Jan. and have nothing. Call them and tell them I have no internet, tv or wifi on iPhone. I see two trucks at apt complex, I let her know that, she tell me that they can't get anybody out until next Monday. Five days is terrible customer service. Worker fixes problem, tells me my line was disconnected. How does that happen?. Then just received first bill, and was double billed . Not off to a good start for AT&T as I have been a long ,long time customer.
