Their customer service has been good. They cant get the "On Demand" function to work correctly on the DVR. They have been out to service our DVR three times. We are on our third DVR and second modem. I am stuck with them for 11 more months before I can change to something else. I do not recommend them in Dallas. I had U-verse in Austin and they were OK except they would have a lot of outages .
I've only had U-Verse for one month but it's been fine so far. A little over priced verses cable that wasnt available in my apartment complex. I had way more channels and faster internet for $150 a month with cable at my house and I'm paying $160 with U-verse. I guess that's apartment living.
