We switched form Charter to AT&T because of 100 meg speed for $40 per month. Then when the technician came to install he said we were in an area only capable of 50 meg speed for $100 per month. He got in with customer service that brought it down to $60. Then the self install kit came late. And now we are dealing with painfully slow speed. Our experience so far has been AWFUL. I would NOT recommend AT&T U-verse to ANYONE.
My TV is constantly pausing - like the signal has been interrupted - and then it starts again after a few seconds. Extremely annoying. I have disconnected everything and restarted it. Scanned to get on a new channel so it won’t be disrupted. My internet is slower than any other service I have ever used. I am extremely displeased I chose AT&T bc of their fiber cable high speed internet and TV. It’s the worst.
It wouldn’t allow me to set up my online account through my phone number or my account number. My whole network rebooted but other than that I enjoy the service much more than spectrum 🙏🏿👌🏾👍🏾
