Customer service was horrendous, tried to charge me cancellation fee although I was within the 30 days to cancel the service. The channels are awful, why do I need 100 channels I dont watch. 30 of them sales.
It's been just a month of service, but we're very pleased with the service so far.
Horrible. Slow service.
