Their customer service has been good. They cant get the "On Demand" function to work correctly on the DVR. They have been out to service our DVR three times. We are on our third DVR and second modem. I am stuck with them for 11 more months before I can change to something else. I do not recommend them in Dallas. I had U-verse in Austin and they were OK except they would have a lot of outages .
The wrong type of installation appointment was scheduled the first time. Leading to delays. The fiber internet is good, but I don’t get the speeds advertised unless I am direct Ethernet to the modem. I went to claim my reward for signing up and after claiming I received a message that they are out of the reward and it may be up to 6 months before received. All that said, it’s only $80 a month. You get a what you pay for. I guess. Any more expensive and it wouldn’t be worth the money. But at this price I can deal with the minor inconveniences.
Great service but they won’t lower my cell phone bill or internet bill. Might have to switch over my cell bill to another service. I’ve been with At&t for like 20 years.
